For the last 25 years, We as Americans have accelerated our imposition on the rest of the world with obvious flaw, and for the most part, most of us are oblivious to it. It is for this reason we have reached the bottom of our country’s existence with room to grow, but we must face this with humbleness and patience. It is the fault of the American people and no other. As we have made enemies with much of the planet, only the ignorant and arrogant will argue this is the golden era of America. It is time for the New Country, welcome to the 2nd American Revolution. Dissolution
Citizens would propose and approve major constitutional amendments or a constitutional convention to legally replace the existing government structure of the United States, allowing the formal resignations of all current members of the United States government.
Temporary rules specified in the constitution or the approved measure become active. Existing officials often remain in caretaker roles until replacements are established.
An interim government, constitutional convention, or transitional council takes responsibility for essential functions.
This body manages day-to-day governance during the change.
Re-Organization
A new constitution will be drafted.
New institutions, offices, and procedures are established.
Officials are selected under the new system. Power transfers from the transitional authority to the permanent government.
Official authorities verify and certify the results. Legal challenges or recounts, if any, are resolved. The final composition of the new government is confirmed.
Re-Assembly
Newly elected or appointed officials take office. Executive, legislative, and judicial institutions begin operating under the new system. Government agencies transfer authority to the new leadership.
Interim bodies, caretaker administrations, or transitional councils formally end their roles. Temporary emergency powers expire unless incorporated into the new system.
Remaining transition tasks are transferred to permanent institutions.
The new constitutional order becomes fully operational. Domestic and international recognition is consolidated under the new government.
The former governmental structure exists only as a historical institution.
